HUMAN RIGHTS IN INDIA

What are human rights?

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.
Universal human rights are often expressed and guaranteed by law, in the forms of treaties, customary international law , general principles and other sources of international law. International human rights law lays down obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.

CHILD TRAFFICKING

Child trafficking can be likened to modern-day slavery. Child victims of trafficking are recruited, transported, transferred, harbored or received for the purpose of exploitation. Children are exploited and forced to work in brick kilns and sweatshops, on construction sites, in houses as domestic slaves, on the streets as child beggars, in wars as child soldiers, on farms for agriculture, in traveling sales crews, in the tourist industry in restaurants and hotels, in the commercial sex industry in brothels, strip clubs, and escort and massage services.  Some of these conditions are easy to see—but most are hidden. That's why putting a stop to child slavery is critical to UNICEF's work.

CHILD LABOUR LAWS IN INDIA

The most violated human rights are children rights. Around 185,000 children are working as domestic labour (2001 census). Is the most highlighted problem globally.

The children’s are being forced in many labour works, domestic works, bonded labour, rag picking, forced to work in roadside eateries, prostitution, in factories etc.

Causes:
Poverty, child trafficking, ignorance of parents, discrimination of gender, children are easily targeted only for the reason that they cannot raise their voice as adults.

                                   who win,s and why??

day by day time is passing.every evening RASHMI and ANIL  were topic of our meeting.one day at ANIL,S room we were sitting for gossip,s .

ANURAG asked to ANIL "Anil tell me whether Rashmi love,s you or not?"

"This is question , I also want,to know the answer of this question "Anil replied.
"Thought one year passed out you did not find out answer?"Anurag asked.
"No yar last year due to university practical,s and examination,s I was busy there for I have no time to find out answer ."Anil replied.
"Then now are you going to ask Rashmi o my queen please tell me , do you love me?"Narendra laughed.
"No I am not going to ask her.I only want,s to know whether she love,s me or not?"Anil replied.
"But Anil do you love Rashmi ?"I asked to Anil.
"O my big brother this is not a question to ask really I  love her."Anil replied.
"Anil how will you conform that Rashmi is interested with you or not?"Narendra asked to Anil.
"This is the matter to think ,how will I get to know ?" Anil replied and thinking.
"Anil love need truthfulness so simply and ask her "I suggest.
" No ......no big brother "Anil stop,s me and then after one moment he asked me "big brother do you ever love some one? "
"no" I said
"Then how will you know about truthfulness of love ?" Anil asked to me.
every one is laughing .
"Then we have to asked to HEAD MASTER OF ZOOLOGY DEPTMENT Mr Hemendra"Anurag laughing.
Hemendra is also with us , replied"Anil as I think about love I agree with Raja love must be true and having faith "
"but brother I want only conform, whether she love me or not?"Anil bagged.
"Anil remember faith is a word, who on thinking take,s one second. on reading take,s one minute, on knowing take,s one day and on proving it take,s whole life. and you are playing this word FAITH" I suggested.
"Brother do not take load."Anil stop,me .
"O K Anil ,then what are you planing tell us."Anurag asked.
"I have a plan, if all of you are with me then we will play drama by witch I conform whether Rashmi love me or not ?"Anil asked all of us.
"Anil before you make another drama please think once again" I suggested
"Big brother ! every thing is fair in love and war ,we must have attitude of winning so no, if and but think about win only, we must won."Anil replied

who wins and why ?

                                  who wins and why....?

Winning and losing are faces of life. But with out loss there is no meaning of win.And no one like loss .All wants to win but both winning and losing meet often in life.So we can not ignore loss .But we may convert loss in to win by taking hope and patience .We may use loss as a step to word,s to success and win.We need use a positive attitude .

When i was a student , living at hostel .I have  small target but they look,s heavy that time,to achieve that target there is a question what to do?  how to do? thinking...... and thinking...........????
But I have a team of my friends. We make plans to achieve our target, then we work our plan. Some time we get success, some time we get loss also .If we won then we think why  we won .What are our success key .If we get loss then we think what are our weakness .But that small target teaches us how to get big target of life .Still yet we all are going .Every time we have challenge .I thing this is life.
